Unlocker
One of the most annoying things that can happen is you are trying to delete a file and a message pops up saying something like “Cannot delete file: It is being used by another person or program”. After searching endlessly for ways to delete these files I ran across Unlocker.
Unlocker is a program that is totally free. All you need to do is download and install Unlocker and try to delete the file once Unlocker is running. When that irritating message appears and you press “close” Unlocker will immediately tell you what computer processes are stopping you from deleting the file and will give you many options. If it is a key processes you can opt to just delete the file using Unlocker.
This program is perfect for these annoying problems and will sort them out in no time

Yes I love this program, I’ve been using it for a long time now, really effective, I had first encountered it on a weird windows copy with weird pre-installed stuff on it, that was a year ago, and I had downloaded it on my laptop, and have been using it since then.

Solved the problem I’ve been having for 8 months with an ISO file in use by the System. Thank you for sharing this awesome program! I’ve tried several others, but this file has been too stubborn - till now! Thanks.
